1st Shift Material Handler

Job Description Core ResponsibilitiesLoad, unload, and transport materials like turf rolls, backing, infill, and accessories between storage, production, and shipping zonesOperate a pole and forklift (sit-down or reach truck) to handle large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped items, ensuring safe and efficient movementStage raw materials at production points and remove completed products to maintain continuous workflowInspect inbound shipments for accuracy, damage, and correct labeling before routing to storageStage finished goods for outbound shipments, ensuring correct quantities, labels, and packagingMaintain inventory accuracy by recording material movements in logs, scanners, or ERP systemsFollow safety protocols for equipment operation, load handling, and facility traffic rulesProficient in pole and forklift operation (Hyster or similar) with ability to maneuver in tight or congested areasKnowledge of load-handling procedures, weight limits, and safe stacking practices.Ability to perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues Company DescriptionOur Mission statement is to help employers achieve organizational success by creating relationships that work.Company DescriptionOur Mission statement is to help employers achieve organizational success by creating relationships that work.
