Job Role: Technical RecruiterLocation: McLean/ Richmond, VA- 3 days HybridDuration: 12 MonthsWe are seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to partner with hiring managers and business leaders in attracting and hiring top talent across AI, Machine Learning, Applied Science and Engineering roles.The recruiter will manage the complete hiring lifecycle, including intake meetings, job description development, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder consultation, offer negotiation and candidate closing.
