Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receiving Manager, located in Avon, MA. The Receiving Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a smooth workflow in the receiving department. Duties include inspecting and storing incoming shipments, organizing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer satisfaction and service standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Management processesStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience with Forklift Operation and warehouse equipmentDetail-oriented with the ability to manage and maintain accurate recordsLeadership skills and the ability to manage and allocate tasks efficiently within a teamBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plusExperience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
