Beverage Technician

POSITION SUMMARY The Commercial Beverage Service Technician will hold the responsibility to offer comprehensive service solutions for restaurants and / or commercial store servicing ice machines, hot and cold beverage machines, and ice cream and frozen beverage machines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair beverage systems Complete Service Calls in a timely mannerProvide Preventative Maintenance on all commercial equipment Treat Customers with professional courtesy and respectCommunicate effectively with manager, dispatcher and customerInspect and maintain company provided service vehicleOrder parts to complete service callsComplete paper work in an efficient effective mannerAttend all continuous training sessionsPerforms other duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES Previous experience maintaining / repairing , refrigeration, and fountain beverage machines including ice machines, frozen beverage machines, ice cream machines, coffee and tea , water management, beer equipment, etc. Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Maintain a Valid Drivers License with good driving record EPA CertificationPass Drug Screen and Background Check
