This role combines hands-on software engineering, technical leadership, and modern AI development in a highly scalable enterprise environment.You will work on complex, mission-critical platforms, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineering teams, and help shape the future of AI-powered enterprise applications.What You'll DoSoftware Engineering & ArchitectureDesign and develop high-performance, scalable Java-based applications.Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and modern cloud-native architectures.Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making across multiple teams.Perform code reviews and establish engineering best practices.Develop reusable frameworks and platform components to accelerate development.AI & Agent-Based SystemsDesign and implement AI-powered workflows and multi-agent systems.Build intelligent applications leveraging modern LLM and agent frameworks.Develop orchestration patterns for agent communication and task execution.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data systems.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.Platform & Data EngineeringDesign and optimize data pipelines for large-scale applications.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment processes.Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Improve system observability, monitoring, and performance.Support data governance, quality, and platform reliability initiatives.Technical LeadershipMentor and guide senior engineers across multiple teams.Lead technical projects from concept through delivery.Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders.Drive innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications10+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented design principles.Experience building distributed, highly scalable systems.Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns.Knowledge of cloud platforms and container technologies.Strong problem-solving and system design skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience building AI-powered applications or agent-based systems.Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or AI orchestration frameworks.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments.Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and streaming architectures.Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments.Previous technical leadership or team management experience.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and enterprise-scale technology.High-impact projects with significant technical ownership.Career growth and leadership opportunities.Collaborative and innovative engineering culture.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated resume highlighting Java, distributed systems, cloud, and AI-related experience.
