Manager, Enterprise Risk and ResilienceCore Responsibilities:Managing enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, ERM strategy, evaluating ERM approach/ actions, proposing alternatives to achieve strategic resultsPlan, perform, and evaluate ERM targeted risk assessments; Provide feedback to ERM analysts leading assessments; Coach ERM analysts to improve performanceDesign and develop ERM reporting for business stakeholders and ERM executive teams, assist with preparation of reports/ communications to key stakeholdersPropose and develop ERM internal metrics for periodic collection; Evaluate and assist with preparation of ERM metric communicationsPrepare and document ERM strategy, evaluate ERM capabilities against a maturity model, and assist with prioritization of ERM initiatives to strategyMandatory Skills:5-10 years experience in a risk management related positionExperience defining and implementing ERM strategyExperience executing risk assessments, surveys, and other common ERM deliverablesExperience creating and delivering ERM presentations and reports to executivesExperience using Microsoft Office technology to collect, analyze, and report on enterprise risk and risk assessmentsDesired Skills:Experience delivering risk related services for a large consulting firm (for example a big 4 firm or similar)Experience with ERM specific technology solutions, specifically RiskonnectExperience with ERM in a manufacturing or retail environmentInterview screening questions:1) Does the candidate have any enterprise risk management experience?
