POSITION: Human Resource Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer
STATUS: Regular Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
On-boarding/Off-boarding all staff
Oversee the recruiting/hiring of candidates
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Maintaining, organizing and updating documents for all employees (such as background checks, reference checks, resumes, I-9, state tax form, W-4 form, fringe benefits etc.)
Supervises the Human Resource Assistant
Reviewing and Processing payroll semi-monthly. Ensuring pay data is correct and approved for employees and consultant/contractors.
Maintaining leave accrual balances for accuracy
Maintaining and processing the organization’s insurances annually with insurance brokers (Professional Liability, General Liability, Commercial, Cyber, Auto, Workers Comp, etc.)
Review, prepare and submit documentation for payment of Fringe Benefits monthly
Oversee the processing of all HR/PR/Credentialing activities for the organization
Assist Cenevia Health Business Services in credentialing/recredentialing all providers in MCOs
Credentialing/revalidation of providers for DC & Md. Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance as well as the agency.
Assist in the renewing of Health Insurances and Fringe Benefit Contracts
Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
HOURS OF WORK: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience. A combination of job related experience and job related education can be substituted for degree.
