Join our team.Position SummaryThis position provides remote service and technical support to employees at all Life Time locations through email and phone support. Service Desk Agents are often involved in the installation of corporate and club end-user technology, printer and device installation, and troubleshooting.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesInteracts with the IT Advanced Support, Corporate Support and end-users to address issuesManages call intakes and emails to the Service Desk, prioritizes work, and communicates with end-users or their agents regarding support efforts Provides support for desktop technologies including, end-user applications, operating systems, hardware, and peripherals Completes administrative tasks in support of Life Time’s request management processes (access requests, hardware and software requests) Position RequirementsAssociate's Degree in Business or Technology (or related area) or equivalent combinations of education and experienceMust be able to support a flexible schedule (evening and weekend availability if necessary)Good documentation skills, including the ability to prepare simple documentation are highly desirableMust be able to work both independently and in a team environmentMust have demonstrated analytical and problem solving skillsPolished presentation and communication skills are required, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPointPreferred RequirementsBachelor's Degree in related fieldRelevant certificationsBenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:A fully subsidized membershipDiscounts on Life Time products and services401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older)Training and professional developmentPaid sick leave where required by lawFull-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Short term and long term disability insuranceLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plansParental leave and adoption assistancePaid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leaveDeferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income thresholdLife Time is a place for everyone.
