Our benefits package includes health insurance, vacation and sick days, 401K plan, and much more.What You'll Do:Handles confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism with the ability to discuss personal and business matters discretelyServes as Executive Assistant to CEO, manages CEO's email and calendar and assists keeping the CEO on schedule and ensuring time is allocated to the most critical business and personal commitmentsServes as point of contact for Executive Leadership Team and completes administrative duties for the Weaver familySchedules meetings and screens/directs calls and responds to external and internal inquiriesManages business and personal travel for Executive Leadership Team and CompanyAnalyzes tasks and projects requiring internal and external review, approvals and signatures, tracks and manages initiatives and projects and ensures completion by deadlineDevelops and creates complex and confidential reports and presentationsCollects, interprets and analyzes data, troubleshooting, fact-finding and/or investigations areas requested and provides evidence-based recommendations for review and/or actionCoordinates and manages meals for executive meetings, events, and working lunches as requested by the Executive Leadership TeamOversees executive office operations including supply inventory management, vendor coordination, and facilities needs to ensure a professional and efficient work environment for the Executive Leadership TeamFacilitates communication and liaison activities for the Executive Leadership Team and the Weaver family to include events such as ELT/Spouse dinner and weekend social trip with spouseCompose a variety of internal and external email messages and confidential correspondence and arranges in-person appearances and appointments for the CEO and Executive Leadership TeamAssists in Board Meeting preparationCreate project plans for the Executive Leadership Team objectives and ensures they stay on target, identifies delays and opportunitiesPlans, coordinates, facilitates and participates in strategic level Senior Executive Leadership meetings, professional development sessions and eventsRepresents and supports the Executive Leadership Team at meetings including quarterly offsitesCoordinates agendas and creates minutes for Executive Leadership Team meetings, Board of Directors and family office meetingsPerforms other duties in support of the executive leadership as requiredRequired for Success:Ability to maintain confidentialityStrong organizational, multitasking and management abilities with a strong sense of urgency, initiative and ability to get the job done on timeKnowledge of administrative procedures and practices and internal and external customer service principles and practicesKnowledge and application of organizational and time management principles and project management principlesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to embrace IT technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrongly skilled in analyzing data and drawing conclusions, independent decision making and problem solvingAbility to utilize AI effectivelyEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
