Apply via Dice today!We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with strong expertise in CMDB implementation, Service Mapping, Discovery, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining CMDB architecture, ensuring data integrity, and implementing Service Mapping for enterprise infrastructure visibility.5 8 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Strong knowledge of ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB best practices.Experience with MID Servers, Discovery schedules, and troubleshooting Discovery issues.Good understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise infrastructure environments.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
