Service Support Specialist

Join our Service team in Royston, Hertfordshire as a Service Support Specialist at Sartorius.We are looking for a Service Support Specialist to join our Service team at Sartorius.In this role, you will manage quotations, invoices, service agreements and all aspects of customer information whilst building strong relationships with our customers. You will work closely with service engineers, implementing processes and coordinating with cross functions, ensuring efficient on-time service and maximum customer satisfaction.The team consists of two professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.This position is available full-time based on site in Royston, Hertfordshire with hybrid working available for two days a week.Your ResponsibilitiesOn a daily basis you will support the service team by raising quotations, creating service agreements, actioning service agreement amendment enquiries, following up on renewals, invoicing, ensuring all documentation is correct and inputting details onto the systemYou will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the service team, scheduling engineer appointments, and being the first point of contact for customers via phone and email to ensure smooth transition during the contract renewal processYou will collaborate with many colleagues and teams to contribute to the company's success.
