This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop analytical, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills while working in an international banking environment.You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to support requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRequirements & Business Analysis SupportSupport gathering and documentation of business requirements (BRDs, user stories, process flows).Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops.Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Support translation of business needs into functional specifications.Maintain requirements traceability and documentation.Project Coordination & Delivery SupportAssist in planning, tracking, and coordination of project activities.Support preparation of project plans, timelines, and status updates.Monitor task progress and follow up on action items.Support risk and issue tracking, escalation where needed.Ensure alignment with project governance and delivery standards.Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a coordination point between business, IT, and other stakeholders.Support preparation of meeting materials, minutes, and follow-ups.Facilitate communication to ensure clarity of requirements and deliverables.Documentation & ReportingMaintain project documentation (status reports, RAID logs, documentation repositories).Prepare regular project updates for stakeholders.Support creation of presentations and reporting materials.KEY REQUIREMENTSFluency in French (B2/C1+) and EnglishBachelor's degree (Business, Finance, IT, or related field)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a structured, detail-oriented mannerProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)First experience or internship in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Project Support in banking domainFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologiesKnowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or similarUnderstanding of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN)We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects.RECRUITMENT PROCESSHR Interview with RecruiterSkill Interview with Hiring ManagerClient InterviewFeedback and OfferJoining Capco means joining an organization that is committed to an inclusive working environment where you're encouraged to #BeYourselfAtWork.
