The Cedars Human Resource Director is a strategic partner, an employee advocate. This person reports to the Chief Executive Officer, is a member of the Executive Team, and is responsible for recruiting, hiring, communication, performance management, coaching, policy recommendation, salary and benefits administration, staff employee relations, and leadership. Objectives: established to support the attainment of the overall strategic business plan and objectives. design of work systems in which people succeed, contribute, and are retained though performance development and wage reviews Submits Payroll Based Journal Employee Benefit program Strong Payroll skills To promote our organization's overall success: Mission, vision, values, goals, and action plans. Human Resource Director also oversees the development of employees in the Business Office (Payroll/Accounts Receivable and Staff Coordinator). Human Resource Director is the Compliance Officer for The Cedars overseeing the Code of Conduct and Compliance Committee. Authority is delegated to the individual in this position in amounts appropriate for the completion of assigned duties. This position reports to The Chief Executive Officer Qualifications A bachelor's degree. in Business Administration preferred but not required with a strong background and years of experience in Human Resources in Healthcare industry. Knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures and laws, regulations, and guidelines on wage and hour, labor relations, OSHA, etc. Knowledgeable in Payroll systems. Paycom preferred. Knowledgeable in Payroll base journal. (PBJ) Strong background in benefits and insurance.
