Join our team as a Nursing Assistant at Riverdell Care Center in the US. In this vital role, you will support our residents’ health and well-being, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional long-term care in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.
Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
Support medication administration under supervision.
Provide compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop personalized care plans.
Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and health information systems.
Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and vital signs monitoring.
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
Experience in long-term or assisted living facilities is preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
