Building Maintenance Tech III

Must be able to plan and execute projects from the beginning to end, including creating a material list and obtaining quotes, laying out the time line, scheduling the man hours needed, coordinating the delivery of all materials and completing the project on schedule and within budget with as little disruption to normal business as possible. Responsible for maintaining shop area, spare parts area, storage area, inventory materials, equipment and associated parts of all the various trades. Provides preventative maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment (i.e. air, plumbing, electrical). Active team member in all aspects of the Facilities Department., including but not limited to, painting, cleaning, preventative maintenance, filter changes, moving material. This work will be performed inside and outside of the Facility. Troubleshoot and repair all equipment operations (i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration).
