2nd Shift - Medical Device Operator - Trimming, Molding & AssemblyIn this hands-on role, you'll work in a cleanroom environment to mold, trim, and assemble precision components used in life-saving medical devices. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!Hiring on all 3 shifts!Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentExperience in thermoplastic or silicone molding (preferred)Technical aptitudeClean room component or device level manufacturing experienceAbility to learn and use microscopeAbility to lift twenty pounds or moreAbility to understand visual part aspectsAbility to understand basic safety standards and proceduresMust be able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in EnglishResponsibilities:Operate molding machine in a safe and efficient manner using designated toolsUse of hand-held tools that are necessaryHand-assemble productFollow all start up and shut down/OPPM proceduresRead, comprehend and perform duties as outline in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Product Specific Standard Operating Procedure (PSOP)Work overtime as requiredAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to sit for extended periods of timeFine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordinationMust be able to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by managementGood vision (with or without corrective lenses)Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., on occasionPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
