We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team and help us attract and acquire top talent for our projects. location: could either be westborough, ma 01581; austin, tx; irvine, ca; morrisville, nc duration: 12 months contract (extendable) responsibilities: source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements manage the recruitment process from start to finish track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs requirements: Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role Strong understanding of the technical recruitment process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
