You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by connecting between the sales team and the customer. ResponsibilitiesProvide sales support, supervise and follow up the execution of orders;Accept customer orders, provide customers with quotations, contracts, delivery date follow-up, shipment arrangements, and other order services, as well as the storage of related documents;Promptly handle and follow up customer feedback to maintain customer relationships.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceBilingual in Chinese is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office
