Since we are owned and operated by therapists, we understand the unique needs of therapists.Full-Time Speech TherapistAt Boston Speech Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated speech therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with students, families, and other professionals to create and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each individual's needs.Responsibilities:Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in clientsDesign and implement personalized therapy plansProvide direct therapy services to clients in-person or via teletherapyCollaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to enhance client careMaintain accurate and timely documentation of client progressRequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldCurrent state licensure or certification as a Speech Language PathologistExperience in providing speech therapy in a clinical or educational settingStrong assessment and treatment planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamBenefits1099 contract until the end of school yearFull-time, 35 hours a week$80 per hourK-12th gradeBoston Speech Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding equal employment opportunity.
