Lab ManagerLinde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Lab Manager to manage daily operations, production, manufacturing, and maintenance, while overseeing service functions. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing production staff, prioritizing safety, adhering to regulations, and conducting training to ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency targets are achieved. Exempt, salaried positions require a consistent on-site presence during the company's core operating hours to support business operations and team needs. Due to the nature of exempt roles, work hours may extend beyond the standard schedule when necessary to meet organizational demands, leadership responsibilities, and business objectives.
