You will take charge of the sales organization, managing hiring, coaching, and leading teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales process from calls to close
Design and implement the go-to-market strategy
Close early deals while establishing a scalable process
Build and coach a high-performing sales team
Create forecasting models and maintain pipeline hygiene
Requirements
5–7+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership
Experience scaling sales at early-stage startups
Proven success in closing complex deals
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication ability internally and externally
