If you are looking for a career that provides you the opportunity to combine your natural organizational skills, process improvement expertise, and project management abilities with your communication and analytical skills, this position will provide that for initiatives that truly make an impact on physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers and, thus, the lives of those around you.Responsibilities:This role will be responsible for:Leading the operationalization of development processes to ensure smooth workflow and optimal efficiencyManaging development change requests, including intake, evaluation, and coordination with stakeholdersWorking with leadership to prioritize development requests based on business needs, resource availability, and strategic alignmentConducting root cause analyses on process breakdowns and developing corrective action plansLeading product and process operationalization initiatives to ensure seamless implementationSupporting the development and implementation of change management plans to support operational change and transitionsDesigning and delivering training for product and process rollouts to ensure user adoptionLeading new product or process pilot projects from conception through evaluationCollaborating with cross-functional teams to document processes and best practicesSupporting Content Ops Leadership in developing metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performanceRequirements:Bachelor's degree specializing in business, project management, industrial engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's degree preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredExperience working with various Project Management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, scrum, etcExperience with process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, LEAN, Kaizen, or similar frameworksThorough understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and tools3 years directly related work experience (preferably in medical publishing, CME environment, or internet technologies)3+ years' experience managing projects with demonstrated success in process improvementExcellent computer skills that include working remotely on shared networks and cloud-based systems, and a high degree of proficiency using G-Suite (Gmail, Google Drive) and Microsoft Office suite required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with web-based data and document sharing sites and authoring tools (SharePoint Online, ReadCube, Tableau) a plusExperience with web-based project management tools (such as Workfront) requiredExcellent communication (verbal and written) and team-building skills
