We are looking for a high-energy Project Manager to lead critical EDI workstreams, bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic healthcare delivery.In this role, you will leverage Agile methodologies and Jira to drive complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality healthcare data exchange. You will be the point person for cross-functional teams, managing everything from vendor relations to detailed system analysis while working in a flexible, remote environment.The Role Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for EDI and Payer initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks are crushed. Mastermind detailed project plans using Jira to track milestones, technical tasks, and mission-critical target dates. Drive Agile ceremonies and development practices, adapting plans on the fly to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape. Orchestrate communication between external vendors and internal system analysis teams to ensure seamless data integration. Deliver high-impact status reports and lead stakeholder meetings that keep technical and executive teams perfectly aligned.What You'll Need 3-5 years of battle-tested Project Management experience (5+ years preferred). Deep proficiency in Jira and a proven track record leading teams in an Agile Development environment. Direct experience within Healthcare or a Clearinghouse environment (highly preferred) to navigate complex industry regulations. Strong grasp of EDI processes and Payer workflows to ensure technical accuracy across all project phases.
