Here's what it takes to succeed with us.Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude while supporting daily paint shop operationsAssist automotive painters with vehicle preparation prior to paintingSand, clean, and prep vehicle surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesionMask and tape vehicles and components to protect areas not designated for paintPrepare and mix paint materials under the direction of the painterMaintain paint equipment, tools, and spray booth areas to ensure proper operationSupport finishing work, including buffing, polishing, and final surface detailingMove vehicles in and out of the paint area as needed to support the workflowMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant paint shop environmentFollow proper material disposal and environmental guidelines for paints and chemicalsProvide assistance to body shop technicians and team members as neededAbility to lift up to 45 pounds regularlyAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the work shiftCapable of performing repetitive tasks involving bending, reaching, and hand useWhy This Role?
