Vice President, Service Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Service Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Real Estate & Construction environment.Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $212,500 – $250,000 annuallyResponsibilities Partner with leadership to manage revenue, expenses, and overall business performance Monitor business metrics and KPIs to drive operational transparency Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis processes Translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans for execution Lead daily operations of the Strategic Consulting organization effectively Establish governance and communication processes to ensure alignment Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in business management, consulting operations, or leadership roles Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and business performance reporting Proven ability to lead operations in complex, matrixed organizations Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational alignment Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders Excellent communication and organizational skillsBenefits Health, vision, and dental insurance Flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts Retirement savings plans and life insurance programs Disability insurance programs Paid and unpaid time away from workOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
