The Oyster Point Hotel radiates a yacht-inspired ambiance, making it a unique setting for both casual and upscale hospitality experiences.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site Banquet Server role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down banquet events, attending to guests' needs during events, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The Banquet Server will work closely with the banquet team to deliver high-quality service that aligns with the hotel’s standards of excellence.QualificationsFood Service and Food & Beverage management skills, including knowledge of proper sanitation and safe food handling practices.Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Communication abilities to engage effectively with team members and guests.Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring a positive experience for guests and handling any concerns with professionalism.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and efficiency.Previous experience in a hospitality or banquet setting is preferred but not required.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical ability to stand, lift, and carry items during shifts.
