Commercial Banker Trainee
Commercial Banker Trainee Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking motivated individuals to join our Commercial/AgBanker Trainee Program at our Mankato, MN office. This two-year program is designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and experience necessary to become successful commercial bankers. Upon completion, candidates must be willing to relocate to a Frandsen Bank office where there is a need for a commercial banker. Responsibilities Participate in an intensive training program focused on commercial banking operations, credit analysis, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance. Work closely with experienced bankers and mentors to develop a deep understanding of commercial lending and financial solutions. Engage with co-workers, prospective clients, and current clients to foster strong professional relationships. Analyze financial statements and market conditions to support lending decisions and identify business opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to management and clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve program milestones and contribute to the overall success of the bank. Local office duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or business required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and prospective clients. Willingness to relocate to any Frandsen Bank & Trust location after successful completion of the training program. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $50,000 - $75,000 Deferred retention incentives provided to support long-term career growth.
