Oregon Council for Behavioral Health is a non-profit membership association. If so, we want to hear from you!OCBH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the successful implementation of various behavioral health initiatives, ensuring projects stay within budget and timeline. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and fluency in Spanish to serve our diverse community.Responsibilities:Co-Facilitate Mental Health First Aid trainingsManage project timelines, budgets, and resourcesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk assessmentsCoordinate communication between project stakeholders (staff, clients, funders)Facilitate meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare action itemsMonitor project progress and identify potential roadblocksPrepare reports and presentations on project status and outcomesAssist with grant writing and research activities (as needed)Translate project materials (written and verbal) into Spanish to ensure clear communication with Spanish-speaking clients and staffAssist with data collection and analysis (as needed)Maintain project documentation in a centralized locationCompensation $30 /hourEmployment Status:12-month contractReports To:Director of ProjectsSupervision:NoneSchedule9 am – 5 pm, some evenings (flexible schedule options)Monday to FridayMonthly in-state travel required (including overnights)QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred in a related field (Project Management, Business, Communications) or equivalent experienceHave or are willing to achieve Mental Health First Aid trainer certificationBilingual English/Spanish preferred (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skillsProfessional in appearance and demeanorBasic understanding of behavioral health principles and practices preferredSoftware Related Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent working knowledge of the internet and proficiency in conducting internet searches.Gmail and G-suite familiarityPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:Sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods.Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.Lift boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.Calculate figures and amounts.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionOCBH is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
