Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience in serving or waiting Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry operations including serving, bussing, cashiering, and guest relations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
