Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to support a large industrial construction project in South Texas on a night shift schedule. This role will support field execution activities, coordinate with project teams and contractors, help resolve construction-related issues, and assist with ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.Industry: Oil & GasSchedule: Night shiftProject type: Large industrial new constructionWork location: South TexasWork type: 1-year W2 contract with potential for extensionStart date: June 2026Rate: Hourly with 1.5x OTBenefits: Medical / Dental / VisionPer diem package: Offered to non-local candidates that meet the distance requirementsNo C2C. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without visa or sponsorship.Responsibilities may include:Support daily/nightly field construction activitiesCoordinate with contractors, supervisors, engineering, quality, safety, and project leadershipReview drawings, specifications, work packages, and project documentationHelp identify and resolve field issues, constraints, and construction questionsTrack progress, communicate updates, and support shift handoversAssist with inspections, walkdowns, punch lists, turnover, and closeout documentationPromote safe work practices and compliance with site proceduresIdeal background:Experience in field engineering, construction engineering, project engineering, construction coordination, or a similar site-based rolePrior experience on industrial, energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG, refinery, chemical, or large construction projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working night shift in a field/site environment
