In addition to great pay there are excellent benefits including: 100% employer paid premiums on medical, dental and vision insurance 401k and Roth 401k with up to 4% company match Employer paid long term disability Employer paid life insurance 6 Paid Holidays 1 Floating holiday Paid vacation Paid weekly Sick pay Responsibilities Include: Respond to residential and commercial service calls to evaluate and diagnose issues Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goal Work directly with customers and plumbing/drain techs through project management Maximize sales opportunities by providing customers with repair and maintenance options Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure proper tools and materials are available Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed Requirements 2+ years of experience in excavation sales and project management preferred. Project Management and sales experience preferred, but willing to train. Demonstrated ability to work with a team and take ownership. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license. Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements. Neat, clean and organized. Great work ethic.
