Program Manager (NPI)

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Drive new-product introduction for DPU revisions: schedules, builds, and cross-functional execution from dev into production. *What you'll do:* * Own NPI schedules and build plans * Coordinate engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing * Run gate reviews and risk management * Track deliverables and unblock teams * Report program status to leadership *What you'll bring:* * 5+ years program/project management in hardware * NPI process experience * Strong cross-functional leadership * Bachelor's degree; PMP valued Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
