Job Description:Responsible for creating Labor Forecasts in assigned Divisions, interacting with Division and Corporate staffs to obtain all pertinent detail necessary for Forecast creation. Responsible for communicating with and assisting the Labor Management Team in implementation of effective Forecasts through the Enterprise Labor Management System (ELMS). Responsibility as the liaison between assigned Corporate and Division teams for effective technical management of the ELMS system. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.Key Responsibilities:Pull data from corporate and/or division systems as neededPerform selected and/or required key analysis as neededMaintain store and/or department-level databaseDevelop and maintain store/department savings estimate model and databaseEnsure rollouts and best practices support and align with the Customer 1st strategyDemonstrate leadership within the team structure and during activitiesCreate management capabilities and processes that sustain continuous improvementSummarize and communicate an analysis that provides best practices recommendations to the business owner and teamTravel to divisions and stores to observe, create performance measurements and summarize observations
