Duties Actively question and analyze the underlying reasons behind processes, behaviors, and outcomes to identify root causes. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops that encourage open-ended inquiry and creative problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify objectives, motivations, and desired results for projects or initiatives. Develop frameworks and tools to systematically explore the 'Why?' in various contexts, ensuring clarity and alignment. Document insights gained from inquiries to inform strategic decisions, innovation pathways, and cultural development. Challenge assumptions respectfully to stimulate critical thinking and foster a culture of curiosity within the organization. Support leadership in communicating purpose-driven narratives that resonate with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in roles requiring critical thinking, analysis, or strategic questioning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions that provoke thought and discussion. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information and identify core motivations or causes. Ability to facilitate collaborative sessions that encourage diverse perspectives and open dialogue. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and understanding human behavior. Familiarity with frameworks such as design thinking or root cause analysis is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields related to psychology, philosophy, business strategy, or related disciplines.
