Flex Developer

Role and Responsibilities : Having 6-8 years of J2EE work experience of which last 4-5 years should have been in Flex UI Design, Implementation and Unit Testing Act in a technical role as a developer for a major java/J2EE application, utilizing a / understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Analyze requirements to solve complex technical issues and trouble shoot server deployments Act as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. Write code to specification and compliance to standards Responsible / strong contributor both as an individual contributor and as part/ lead a highly -dynamic team Implementation of project tasks based on the functional requirement and detailed design documents Write specifications, code and test scripts to provide computerized solutions to business requirements. Closely work with application end users and communicate with clients /Lead Client interactions to understand and translate business / application requirements into specifications Involve in code review, preparation of unit test cases for self and review the peers work Expertise in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Understanding of functional requirement document, detailed design. Good Algorithm analysis/implementation, Excellent debugging skills Candidate should have hands on Adobe Flex3, Design and Implement User Flex Unit Testing Cairngorm architecture and understand messaging framework (Recommended) Implement or Extend Custom Components (Recommended) Qualification : B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
