Investment Associate

Position: Investment Associate Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid) Pay: $22/hour Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferred; experience handling regulatory documentation or compliance-related tasks preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Greene Resources is seeking an Investment Associate to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Obtain, review, and maintain regulatory materials for broker distribution. Verify documentation for accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Ensure timely completion of tasks in alignment with Service Level Agreements. Maintain and update records within internal systems with high accuracy. Identify discrepancies or potential compliance issues and elevate appropriately. Collaborate with internal teams to support regulatory material distribution. Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned Investment Companies. Position Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
