We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Medical Biller to join our team and lead our billing department. As a Medical Biller at KCL, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory by managing the financial side of patient care. You will lead a skilled billing team, handle patient information, submit and follow up on insurance claims, appeal denials, and ensure that payments for services are processed efficiently. Why KCL? Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the billing team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Submit claims to insurance companies and follow through on unpaid or denied claims. Handle patient and insurance inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Input patient information accurately into our billing software. Research and resolve complex billing issues efficiently. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of medical billing experience (laboratory billing & coding experience preferred). Familiarity with billing software and medical insurance regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Leadership experience is a plus but not required. A detail-oriented, independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
