The Fulfillment Coordinator will become the expert for matters concerning order fulfillment and freight assignment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, understanding of supply chain end to end, self-motivation, and experience with computers. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Completed end-to-end shipment routing by navigating multiple customer portal systems while ensuring accuracy, on-time processing, and compliance with client requirements.Create Bill of LadingsMove material as needed in the warehousePicking, Packing, shipping, loading and unloading of containers and trucksRelease orders to WCS systemOrder Allocation, Waving, Rating, Shipping using AOB and customers systems and following business processesSupport high levels of customer satisfaction and high service levels by completing tasks on time and in accordance with processesCommunicate with teams and other departments to facilitate order processing and fulfillment issue resolutionFamiliar with products, package data, and customersPrepared and validated international shipments for pickup in accordance with Hazmat regulations and shipping standards.Understand logistics and inventory processes to identify order allocation and fulfillment issuesWork with management on problem solving and continuous improvement on order processing and operating efficientlyEnhancing the overall customer experience through precise and accurate order fulfillment presentationAccurately and efficiently enter shipment details into customer transportation management systems for shipment routing purposesCross training in other areas of LogisticsWork safely as well as identify and report any safety hazards immediatelyMaintain good housekeeping in personal area and all common areasOther duties as assignedNOTE: This list presents only the principal duties of the position and is not intended to be comprehensive.
