Job Title: Full Stack Engineer(70% front End and 30% Backend )Duration: Long TermLocation: Durham, NCInterview: Onsite Interview Must haves:-Angular TS / React (there is an external app that is React that the team believes they may need to take over - therefore React or angular is fine)-Java Spring Boot - primary backend (this 3rd party app is Golang backend - so go is a nice to have)-AWS (needed)-Cypress (needed - this team does not use playwright, those with playwright instead of Cypress is probably fine)-CI/CD (Jenkins)The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.7+ years’ experience crafting, developing, and operating REST-based web services and distributed systems.Strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot) is required; experience with Go (Golang) or willingness to work in Go is a strong advantage.Demonstrated experience developing contemporary web applications using TypeScript with React and/or Angular.Strong understanding of UI architecture, component development, state management, and performance optimization.Proven experience building and deploying software solutions by applying public cloud provider services, with strong preference for AWS.Experience developing and running containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.Experience working with backend relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL (schema build, query performance, indexing).Experience with CI/CD tools and practices to build, test, and deploy software (for example Jenkins or similar tooling).Good experience with test automation and frameworks for API, integration, and UI testing, such as Cucumber, Karate, Cypress.
