As our Head Trainer, you will be the driving force behind the member experience, the leader of our training squad, and a key partner in growing one of Milwaukee's premier boutique fitness centers. This is a high-autonomy role where your passion directly translates to career growth.What You'll Be Doing (The Mission): You’ll be stepping into a central leadership position, coaching, managing, selling memberships and inspiring our community: Lead the F45 Experience: Coach high-energy classes, ensuring safety, motivation, and a positive member experience. Drive Sales & Retention: Spearhead membership sales by working with new leads and actively contribute to growth and culture goals. Build & Mentor Your Team: Recruit, train, and lead a part-time team of rockstar personal trainers. Operational Partnership: Work with management on scheduling and maintaining a vibrant, organized studio environment. Owner's Mentality: Take ownership of the studio vibe and help shape the future of the Milwaukee Lakefront location. We're Looking For a Candidate Who: Has 3+ years of Personal Training Experience (We need someone who knows the ropes, but is eager for a new challenge). Has a burning passion for boutique fitness and an energetic, charismatic personality that lights up a room. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and views every challenge as an opportunity to innovate and improve. Is an exceptional communicator—able to motivate a full class and handle high-volume email correspondence with professionalism. A bonus if you have Studio Management experience, but your leadership potential is what truly matters.
