The Salesperson will be responsible for fostering relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities will include making sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will require regular follow-ups with clients and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, client relationship management, and business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze customer needs and provide customized solutionsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environmentProficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applicationsTime management and organizational skillsUnderstanding of the construction or roofing industry is a plus but not mandatoryBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable
