DutiesConduct food safety audits as required. Participate in floating assignments, with travel up to 20 miles. Attend orientation at Eureka and become familiar with both Eureka and Redwood facilities. SkillsProficient in Epic charting system. Knowledgeable in gastrointestinal conditions such as Crohn's Disease, IBS, and Short Gut syndrome. Understanding of nutrition therapy complications and therapeutic diet orders. Skilled in nutrition assessments, including Nutrition Focused Physical Exam (NFPE). Familiarity with genitourinary/renal conditions like cirrhosis and kidney disease. Experience with endocrine/metabolic conditions, including diabetes and diabetic ketoacidosis. Capable of conducting food safety audits. ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Certifications: BLS and RD/RDN required. Additional skills in managing chronic conditions and nutritional deficiencies. Experience with a diverse range of patient age groups, from neonates to geriatrics.
