Senior CRM Strategist The Senior CRM Strategist leads the development of cross-channel, data-driven CRM strategies to engage key audiences and drive customer loyalty. You'll design and optimize digital marketing programs across the customer lifecycle, from pre-purchase to post-purchase.If you have a knack for uncovering insights from data and turning them into impactful marketing strategies, you'll fit right in. You enjoy collaborating, thrive in a dynamic setting, and are passionate about building CRM programs that truly connect with people.Responsibilities Develop CRM Strategies: Create recommendations for email, push, and other owned channels to achieve client goalscrafting insights, audiences, journey maps and creative directionAudience Insights: Analyze customer behavior and campaign results to inform strategy and reportingCross-Channel Orchestration: Integrate owned channels with paid media for seamless customer experiencesCampaign Management & Optimization: Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels and programsPerformance Analysis: Partner with analytics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness with actionable recommendationsCreative Briefing: Develop insightful creative briefs to provide direction to teams developing channel and campaign assetsInnovation & Best Practices: Elevate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve program effectiveness and consumer experienceQualifications 5-7+ years' experience in CRM or digital marketing strategy (email, push, direct messaging, etc.) at an agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing teamData-driven mindset: Use analytics to generate insights and shape effective marketing strategiesFamiliarity with owned channels: Email, push, SMS, and direct mailExperience with CRM tools: (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) is a plusCollaborative and organized: Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projectsStrong communicator: Create and deliver presentations that engage and persuadeSelf-starter: Able to drive projects forward independentlyCreative Minded: Write insightful, clear creative briefs to guide the creative processAdditional Information The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
