This role is responsible for maintaining accurate production records, updating reports, and ensuring timely distribution of information to operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting and is comfortable working closely with production personnel.Key Responsibilities:Enter and maintain large volumes of production data with a high level of accuracyUpdate existing spreadsheets and generate routine reports for production teamsPrint and distribute daily reports to supervisors and line staffCollaborate with production leadership to prioritize daily tasks and reporting needsMonitor data for discrepancies and ensure information is current and reliableSupport administrative functions tied to production tracking and documentationQualifications:1+ years of experience handling high-volume data entry tasksProficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to efficiently update and manage existing spreadsheets Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
