Designer & E-Tools Coordinator

Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Designer & E-Tools Coordinator to manage and enhance the digital platforms that power our product specification process. This unique role combines design technology, product data management and furniture specification support to ensure our dealers, designers, sales teams and customers have the digital tools they need to successfully specify and sell HAT products. How You'll Make an Impact Based in our Easton, PA headquarters, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for HAT's digital design ecosystem while partnering with Design, Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and external software providers to continually improve the customer experience. Design Technology & Digital Tools Manage and maintain HAT's digital specification platforms, including CET, Configura, electronic catalogs, Revit content, Cyncly and related design technologies. Ensure product configurations, finishes, pricing and specifications remain accurate across all digital platforms. Coordinate software releases, catalog updates, testing and ongoing enhancements. Maintain the integrity of digital product data, libraries, symbols, materials and configuration assets. Product Data & Systems Partner with Engineering and Product Development to translate new products and engineering changes into digital specification tools. Manage file conversions, integrations and digital assets used across Sales, Design, Marketing and Product Development. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation and user experience throughout HAT's digital ecosystem. Help shape the future of HAT's design technology strategy by evaluating emerging software and industry trends. Specification & Design Support Provide furniture specification support and technical assistance to the Design team to help meet project deadlines. Assist with furniture layouts, specification documentation and drawing production as needed. Troubleshoot specification, software and catalog issues while working closely with internal teams and software partners. Develop standards, documentation and best practices that improve consistency and efficiency. Collaboration & Training Serve as the primary liaison between HAT and software partners, including Configura, Cyncly and other technology providers. Train and support internal employees, dealer partners, designers and sales representatives on HAT's digital design tools. Collaborate across departments to ensure digital tools continue to support business growth and an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys combining technology, design and problem-solving to create outstanding digital experiences for customers and internal teams. Qualifications: Experience working with CET (Configura) is strongly preferred. Knowledge of commercial furniture specification and dealer workflows. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, electronic catalogs, product configuration tools or similar design technologies. Familiarity with platforms such as Cyncly, CAP, Giza, 20|20 Worksheet or related software is highly desirable. Experience managing digital product data, specification tools or configuration software. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Interior Design education or equivalent experience within the commercial furniture industry is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of furniture specification, space planning, architectural drawings and commercial interiors.
