Senior Aircrew/Aircraft Scheduling and OPS Aircraft/Aircrew Scheduling Coordinator
VectorCSP is a small business headquartered out of North Carolina, with an office located in Lexington Park. We have the pleasure of supporting the Naval Test Wing Atlantic. This is a full-time, onsite position in support of the E-2D aircraft. The aircraft test team is located on base at NAS Patuxent River.
This is a senior-level position requiring 10 years of naval flight test scheduling experience. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience; a master’s degree for 2 additional years.
A secret clearance is mandatory
The E-2D scheduler:
develops, writes and delivers aircraft flight test schedules in a timely and error-free manner
coordinate flights with required entities to include maintenance, engineering leads, financial management
coordinates airspace, frequency and loads requirements
works alongside other squadrons and platforms to deconflict airspace and other flight clearance limitations
is knowledgeable of aircrew functions and qualification requirements
tracks pilot, aircrew and project specialist qualifications to ensure currency
must be proficient the Flight Information Scheduling and Tracking system (FIST), DCAST, VACAPES, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint
must be versed in oral and written forms of communication. A senior employee typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A senior employee may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
