Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sauté Cook at The Windmill Restaurant, located in Wenatchee, WA. The Sauté Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes using sauté techniques, ensuring food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during operations. The Saute Cook will also assist in menu preparation and communicate effectively with other staff members. Qualifications Proficiency in sauté techniques, cooking methods, and handling kitchen equipmentUnderstanding of food safety, hygiene, and proper food storageStrong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staffPrevious culinary or kitchen experience preferred but not requiredCulinary education or training is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
