Job Summary This position at the Lakeland Clinic includes providing efficient, quality support to the physicians/mid-level providers. Provide safe, competent care while enhancing the care to all ages of patients in Family Practice areas. Facilitates patient flow. Provides direct care to patients under the direction of provider within scope of practice including chronic disease management. Maintains emergency equipment and other resources needed to provide safe, high quality patient care. Supports provider practice by utilizing the nursing process and R.N. skills. Provides management of pharmacy refill program for patients. Schedule Full time position | 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite Monday-Friday, Daytime shifts between the hours of 8am-5pm Pay and Benefits $30.27 or more per hour. Pay determined by experience. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Registered Nurse (RN) current license in the state of Minnesota required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required with exception: inability to complete certification process related to a health condition.
