Hear from our Founder & CEO, Duran Inci: here Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Paid Search Manager to lead our paid media strategies and drive exceptional performance across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and more. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the paid advertising landscape for our diverse clientele, optimizing large ad budgets, and turning data into actionable insights that fuel growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive e-commerce advertising campaigns designed to maximize ROI and drive client success across multiple platforms. Budget Management: Oversee and optimize substantial monthly advertising budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and maximizing the impact of every dollar spent. Data Analysis and Reporting: Dive deep into campaign performance metrics, transforming data into clear, actionable insights and presenting compelling reports to stakeholders. Collaborative Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns. Skills & Qualifications E-commerce Advertising Expertise: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong track record of managing at least $10K in monthly ad spend across major digital platforms. Advanced English Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to craft, execute, and report on complex advertising strategies in a dynamic market. Independent Problem-Solver: A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, think critically, and develop innovative solutions independently. Preferred Experience Familiarity with programmatic ads and emerging platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok Ads. Demonstrated ability to optimize key performance metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and CVR (Conversion Rate).
