If you’re skilled in Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber installations and want steady, full-day work on high-impact projects, this role is for you.We’ve spent 36+ years delivering network solutions nationwide, supporting schools, hospitals, enterprises, and government agencies. Join a team where your work directly powers essential systems.Schedule🕒 Monday – Friday | ~6:00 AM – 6:00 PM(Start and end times may vary slightly based on project and business needs)Work Location & Travel📍 Field-based role – projects across Southern CaliforniaWork at a variety of sites across LA, Orange County, Inland Empire, and nearby areas. Travel is required based on project assignments.Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)Install, pull, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber optic cablingPerform troubleshooting and certification testingRead and follow blueprints and project specsMaintain safe, clean job sitesSupport project completion alongside field teamsSubmit daily documentationWhat You Bring1+ year of low voltage cabling experienceHands-on experience with terminations, punch-downs, pulling, and testingAbility to read blueprintsStrong communication and professionalism on job sitesReliable vehicle (must fit a 6’ ladder) + own toolsAbility to pass background check, drug screen, and fingerprintingPhysically able to lift 50 lbs and work in field conditionsNice to HaveFiber termination experience (2–3 years preferred)Experience using Fluke testersWe Offer$25–$35/hour (DOE) + consistent full-time hoursMedical, Dental, VisionPTO + Paid Holidays401(k) with matchAdvancement opportunities in a stable, growing companyWhy This Role Stands OutReliable daytime schedule, long shifts for strong weekly earnings, and the chance to work on meaningful infrastructure projects, not just routine installs.VectorUSA is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
